If a childs Physician has checked the dental on the physical form, can we count it as a dental?
If a physician has checked the dental on the physical form and fills out the dental form to detail what exactly was completed at the physical appointment (counting teeth, applying fluoride, etc) it can be counted as a dental. Many pediatricians can do a basic dental exam and if any problems are discovered during the physical exam, the child will be referred to see a dentist.
