Child Plus is asking for an Agency ID?

From Time to Time Child Plus may automatically install updates, or loose the Preprogrammed Agency ID Information,
As shown in the image below, when you launch the CP software you may receive a prompt for Agency ID.

JFCAC's Child Plus Agency ID is: JeffersonFranklin
Once you input that information it will save and finish downloading the CP Program and then launch to your normal login page.
