CMR Overview

From the Customer's Master Record, Staff will be able to access the Customers' specific Program Application/Record of Service(s) for the programs that they have been crated access to. 

It is vital that Program Staff when working with a new Customer, complete and/or verify the Customer's Master Record for accurate contact and demographic information. 
This not only saves time for other programs working with the same client, but allow Management to pull accurate reports and allocate resources appropriately.
